This cutting-edge digital solution provides a comprehensive approach to planning and scheduling inspection strategies for safety-critical equipment, as well as managing remaining life assessments. By leveraging advances in technology, PSAIM optimises inspection time and costs through real-time analysis and seamless integration within the broader inspection data management ecosystem.
PSAIM’s modular design offers essential capabilities, including:

• Integrity Operating Windows (IOW)
• Corrosion Monitoring
The integration of RiskWISE® into PSAIM combines TWI’s long-standing expertise in risk-based inspection with Siemens Energy’s digital asset management solutions.
Available as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, PSAIM adheres to international standards tailored to the key oil, gas, and chemical-producing regions of the world.
