We are pleased to announce that two employees from AJ Loveland Ltd passed our Geomembrane Welding course at our facility in Middlesbrough in November 2023.
AJ Loveland are specialists in groundworks, civil engineering, development and land management, having been in business since 1962.
They sent Graham Royston and Gary Cook to take the training, which they both passed successfully.
Graham revealed that they chose TWI as it was the nearest location that was offering the training, noting that it was “very interesting” and helped him understand geomembrane welding.
He revealed that he “found the experience of in-person learning very helpful,” adding that, “the lecturer and staff were fantastic” and that he “really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend [it].”
Gary also revealed that he enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to others too, explaining that he had, “never done a course like this before, so I found it very interesting and knowledgeable to find out the things we can and can’t do with plastics.”
Speaking on the course deliver, Gary added that the “in-person learning was very good,” and that “the staff were approachable and very helpful.”
Both Graham and Gary asserted that, “for geomembrane plastic welding, TWI is the only provider we would consider.”
