On Saturday 12 February 2022, TWI's Dr Raja Khan, Dr Abbasi Gandhi and Chris Wiseman will be hosting a webinar on the topic of ‘Joining of Electric Vehicle (EV) Batteries and Advanced Manufacturing Processes’ for The Indian Institute of Welding.
This webinar will include an overview of different joining techniques used for creating EV battery packs, as well as covering advanced manufacturing processes such as additive manufacturing (AM) and near net shape powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing (NNS PM HIP) to replace the traditional manufacturing methods for high value engineering components.
