Asset Integrity Software

Our software offerings in asset integrity management include:

1. RiskWISE®:

Available for process plants, pipelines, and boilers this is a code-compliant risk-based inspection and maintenance software system designed to optimise inspection and maintenance activities.  The software has been created using our decades of experience and technical excellence, in accordance with codes such as API 581, API RP 580 and ASME. As a voting member of the API RP 581 Committee, TWI has has actively contributed to the latest edition of the code and, following a period of review and development, the latest version of RiskWISE is compliant with the new edition of API RP 581.

Programme Features

Designed by experts, this user-friendly software provides fully quantitative risk based inspection assessments based on a regularly updated database of all relevant damage mechanisms and guidance on formulating the possibility and consequences of failure. The software can identify the most likely locations for damage and offers sensitivity analysis capabilities for situations where data is unavailable. In addition, RiskWISE® can assist with the selction of optimum risk mitigation measures. Because the output is fully auditable it is also accepted by insurers and regulators.

2. CrackWISE®:

This fitness-for-service (FFS) software has been designed to assist with the evaluation of the integrity of pipelines, pressure equipment and structures containing flaws in line with British standard BS 7910. This software solution has been created to help you operate safely while reducing the potential costs associated with outages and other unforeseen problems.

Programme Features

CrackWISE® automates the widely accepted flaw assessment procedure of BS 7910 and is fully compatible and traceable with the BS 7910 fracture and fatigue clauses. Developed under TickITplus, our software is extensively validated and includes the latest advances in fracture assessment techniques. CrackWISE® also includes a PDF of the latest edition of BS 7910 and a user-friendly and intuitive interface.

3. IntegriWISE™:

This API 579 fitness-for-service software can evaluate the integrity of ageing pipework, pipelines, storage tanks, boilers, pressure vessels and high temperature equipment. Reducing outages and costs through the assessment of damage mechanisms the IntegriWISE™ software conducts ‘what if’ scenarios that take the guesswork away from your level 1 and level 2 fitness-for-service assessments from API 579 / ASME FFS-1 with a rigorous application of the most widely used and relevant standards and procedures.

Programme Features

Including material databases from major ASME and API design codes, IntegriWISE™ is capable of conducting multiple ‘what if’ scenario assessments and generates reports in accordance with API 579-1/ ASME FFS-1. Compatible with a range of equipment and component geometries, including cylindrical shells, spheres, torispherical heads, elliptical heads, bends, elbows and reducers, this software can assess a range of damage mechanisms such as metal loss, pitting corrosion, lamination and hydrogen damage. IntegriWISE™ calculates critical operating conditions and safe continued operating loads to applicable international standards, including API 579-1/ ASME FFS-1, and ASME B31G, in a single software tool.
