TWI Software to be Showcased at Fabtech 2022

TWI’s Nick Mossman and Andy Brightmore will be at Fabtech 2022 in Atlanta this November to showcase the latest developments in our welding software products.

They will be manning booth C13312 at the event, which takes place from 8-10 November 2022.

The software programs that they are ready to discuss include our Welding Qualifier and Welding Coordinator products, with the following information ready to be shared:

Welding Qualifier – Software for management of welder and welding procedure qualifications.

We’ll be showing latest developments, including:

  • new welding code rules
  • language options for WPSs
  • printing data packs of procedures and WPQs
  • creating WPQs from PQRs
  • API 1104 code rules
  • Linking with simultaneous welder testing programs

Welding Coordinator – Software for management and traceability of production welding and testing.

For this program we’ll be showing new features on:

  • Automatic generation of NDE reports from your templates
  • Color-coded reports of progress on graphical weld maps
  • Recording welds made and status of testing on mobile devices
  • Browser-based (remote) review and sign-off of weld maps and projects
  • Browser-based welder interface for recording welds made and inspected
  • Automatic generation of NDE requirements from quality plan rules
  • Generation of PDF project completion reports
  • Links with Welding Qualifier for update of welder continuity
  • Control of issue of filler materials
