The TWI Innovation Network (TWIIN) have set new course dates for training related to Horizon Europe proposal bidding and project finances.
The courses, which are part of a training programme launched in 2022, are aimed at upskilling researchers, project leaders/managers and administrative staff working in the private sector, higher education institutions, research and technology organisations and other research-performing bodies.
Although training is aligned to the EU’s Horizon Europe programme, the majority of the information can be transferred to other public funding domains, including Innovate UK.
The training is being led by Heidi Dyson, TWI Group Manager, Public Funding Management, and James Foden, TWI Section Manager, Technology Innovation Management.
Both Heidi and James are highly experienced in pre- and post-award research delivery, with around 30 years of combined experience in expert evaluation in collaborative, public funding between them.
Rather than rehashing textbook material, this training is rooted in real-world experience and best practice, including hands-on class exercises. The training is built upon years of experience in delivering research proposals through the bidding process, meaning that attendees can be confident that the information will help create winning concepts and proposals.
