We are pleased to announce that Members and non-Members can both speak to us directly using our new LiveChat service on the TWI website.
The service has already seen a good number of enquiries being received at our office in Pakistan, where the service is based.
The LiveChat function is operational on all pages of the website, using the LiveChat function in the bottom right hand corner of the webpage, meaning that you can easily reach out to us with a question or request – whether related to technical issues or Membership (both Industrial and Professional).
Providing a quick response and manned by people rather than bots, the LiveChat function allows you to engage directly with TWI so we can find the right answer for you.
