Two experts from TWI are due to present at the European Corrosion Congress (EUROCORR 2025) taking place 7 - 11 September, 2025, in Stavanger, Norway.
Dr Briony Holmes, a Principal Project Engineer at TWI, will be attending to participate in standards activities related to the energy industry during a combined meeting related to ISO 15156. TWI Research and Product Development Programme Manager, Dr Shiladitya Paul will also be presenting and co-chairing a session on the subject of marine corrosion during the event.
Attendees will be able to catch Dr Paul speaking on 10 September, 2025, as follows:
- Evaluating Materials Performance in Phase Change Materials (PCMs) for Thermal Energy Storage (11am)
- New Materials for Carbon Capture, Utilisation, and Storage (CCUS) Applications – (12pm)
The European Corrosion Congress (EUROCORR), the EFC’s annual conference, attracts upwards of a thousand delegates each year. Held every year in September in a different European country, EUROCORR is famous for its high technical standard and popular social programme.
We are delighted that Dr Paul has been asked to chair and present at this international event and also that Dr Holmes is also participating, once again demonstrating the technical excellence available at TWI.
