TWI Research and Product Development Programme Manager, Dr Shiladitya Paul is due to chair a session on the topic of ‘Thermal and Cold Spray Coatings and Case Studies’ at the AMPP Annual Conference and Expo 2026.
AMPP 2026 is due to take place in Houston Texas, USA, from 15-19 March, 2026, bringing together thousands of materials protection experts, industry leaders, and innovators for a week of learning, networking, and cutting-edge solutions.
Dr Paul’s session will be part of over 600 hours of scheduled technical content and ground-breaking research on offer during the event, which will also include an exhibition hall.
The AMPP (Association for Materials Protection and Performance) has 37,000 members across 140 countries, with the mission is to advance the materials protection industry through education, certification, standards, and advocacy, ensuring safer, more reliable infrastructure worldwide.
The annual conference, the largest global gathering of corrosion and coatings professionals, relies upon input from industry experts to present on subject matter through panels, workshops, and informative talks.
Dr Paul’s participation as a session chair underlines the globally-recognised technical excellence that is available at TWI.
