We were delighted to welcome representatives from Saudi Aramco to our headquarters near Cambridge on 23 September 2025.
Saudi Aramco’s Waleed Al Naeem (VP of Engineering and Chief Engineer), Yasser AlSubhi (Manager, Inspection Department) and Kostas Vatopoulos (Senior Engineering Specialist) discussed how they can leverage TWI’s expertise in inspection, analysis and technology development to support their asset integrity needs across the both metallic and non-metallic pipeline challenges.

In addition, the team from Aramco were updated on the latest testing results as part of our collaborative work under the umbrella of the Non-Metallic Innovation Centre (NIC), including a novel RTR pipe joining methodology that is making strong progress towards the next development milestone.
