We are pleased to announce that ABER Instruments have become Industrial Members of TWI.
Originally founded in 1988, ABER Instruments pioneered a new dimension in biomass measurement with the invention and patenting of a unique method of biomass monitoring using radiofrequency impedance. Today they are a global success with a portfolio of certified and ‘manufacturing-ready’ advanced systems that are in use in the brewing, biotech, biorenewables and biofuel industries.
Speaking on their Industrial Membership of TWI, ABER Instruments’ R&D programme manager, Chris Probert said, “As we look to improve and extend the range of biomass measurement solutions we design and manufacture here in mid Wales, having TWI feeding into our R&D projects is something we are super excited about. Bringing better products to market faster in the short term was the principal reason we contacted the team at TWI, but the opportunity to enhance the skills and knowledge of our in-house engineers and technicians will undoubtedly make us a better business.”
