TWI composites expert, Chris Worrall is due to chair a session at this year’s International Composites Summit.
The summit is due to take place on 8-9 September, with Chris chairing the ‘Innovation in Composites: New Technologies and Materials’ session on the second day, and includes talks by representatives from STRUCTeam, IDTechEx and Loop Technology.
The invitation by Composites UK to chair the session reflects Chris’ international reputation as an authority in composites and joining; Chris was also the lead author of the recently published, ‘Good practice guide for joining of FRPs.’
The International Composites Summit is created by Composites UK and Fluency Marketing, with a focus on the worldwide supply chain for composites across the globe.
Aimed at companies within the composites sector, the summit brings together companies that are focusing on global opportunities for sales and growth.
The free-to-attend summit will feature open forums where showcase speakers are invited to share success stories and to discuss the ever-expanding market and supply chain.
