TWI Training recently held a webinar detailing the current eLearning and online training options that we provide. The free webinar, which was held on 28 May, drew over 1,000 registrations with 480 people calling in to attend live on the day.
The free event provided attendees with details of the options for online learning provided by TWI, including the recently launched ‘Live’ courses, which work like a remote classroom with a lecturer just as if you were attending a training course in person at one of our global training centres.
eLearning has taken on an even greater importance since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, with people being less able to travel ad attend training in person. However, with our suite of online courses you are able to continue learning and progressing your career wherever you are. Online learning also offers the advantage of allowing you to learn at your own pace and in your own time, focusing on areas that you want to spend more time on.
The webinar saw enquiries coming in from the UK, South East Asia, India and the Middle East, while attendee feedback was positive for the successful event. One respondent revealed, “With the Webinar I was slightly daunted as to what to expect but now understand what a broad spectrum TWI offer in regards to NDT. The more courses available online the better it is for all of us. I look forward to starting my course.”
