TWI continues to receive positive approval for our work with many of the biggest names in industry.
Each year, TWI completes around 650 confidential Single Client Projects for Industrial Member companies. A customer survey is sent out following the completion of each project to determine whether the project was a success, while also checking if there are areas that could be improved.
Each survey requests feedback on technical quality, delivery timescale, and staff support. We are pleased to report that 93% of the responses received in the last 24 months have rated TWI performance as ‘good’ or ‘excellent.’
Among the companies that have returned positive feedback for our work over the past two years are BAE Systems Plc, BP, EDF Energy Nuclear Generation Ltd, the European Space Agency, ITER Organisation, Lockheed Martin UK Ampthill Ltd, the Ministry of Defence, Navantia SA, Nippon Steel Corp, Pipeline Technique Ltd, Royal National Lifeboat Institution, Rolls Royce Plc, Scottish Power Generation and Renewables, TechnipFMC UK Ltd, and The Boeing Company.
Our single client projects bring together expert teams from TWI to provide solutions directly focused on assisting an Industrial Member’s business. The work undertaken is confidential with the outcomes and associated intellectual property owned exclusively by the client.
