The AMV 4000 is a PC based welding monitor capable of capturing and describing welding waveforms. The AMV 4000 is intended both for research and production welding.
Production Monitoring
Store up to 255 passes in each welding procedure. Each pass can be configured for process, acceptance requirement, welder and inspector. Summaries can be produced of each individual pass or of the entire weld. Statistical Process Control is also possible with two levels of warning available.
Research
The AMV 4000 can record data at 100k Hz - fast enough to record any arc welding process waveforms. Some analysis tools are included for instance pulse welding conditions are automatically determined. Statistical data is also calculated.
