TWI Crystal™, our flagship inspection software, is an advanced ultrasonic inspection package that enables automated Full-Matrix Capture (FMC), Virtual Source Aperture (VSA) and Plane Wave Imaging (PWI) inspection of industrial structures. TWI Crystal™ grants users high defect detection and sizing accuracy capability, offering real time automated inspection through planar or complex geometry structures.
TWI Crystal now includes automatic girth-weld acquisition using the TPAC Mini pulser receiver and NDT scanner. Due to the Mini's small form factor and lightweight, the kit can be mounted directly onto an automated scanning device or robot end effector, allowing for a compact setup and ease of deployment. With Crystal offering up to 10 modes of acquisition all in one inspection sweep, getting the ultrasonic inspection data you need has never been easier.
