All of the applications we receive are subject to a thorough short-listing process. To ensure you give yourself the best possible chance of an interview, please consider the following:
What should I include?
Your application should include a covering letter detailing your suitability for the vacancy you are applying for, along with your current salary and eligibility to work in the UK; please also include the reference number for the vacancy so we can ensure it is seen by the right people.
How can I make my application stand out?
Read the advert and tailor your CV and cover letter to emphasise your relevant knowledge, education and skills, and why you are interested in this job or career opportunity.
What if I'm not applying for a specific vacancy?
If you are applying speculatively with no particular vacancy in mind, please let us know so we can ensure your application is seen by the right people.
How will you contact me?
Include your contact details: most of the contact we have with you will be via email so ensure you have included a confidential email address which you are able to check regularly.
When can I expect feedback on my application?
We aim to short-list as quickly as possible after the closing date but it can take up to one month depending on the volume of applications we have received. If you have applied speculatively, your details will be retained for one or two months to enable managers to view them. If you have not heard from us within two months of your application, please assume that we do not have any suitable vacancies.
