What is the advantage of eLearning?
With eLearning, you can study at your own pace 24/7 as you are given 60 days of access with the potential for extended access, saving your time and money on travel and accommodation costs. Not only will you minimise the impact on your job, but you will also be able to spend more time with your family. As long as you can access the internet, the course notes will be at your fingertips. With this, you will able to learn modules whenever and wherever you are.
What is the difference between eLearning and Online Live?
Online live classes are the ultimate substitute for traditional classroom training. The courses are delivered online via video conferencing such as Zoom or Webex. The lecturer will be delivering the entire course during this period and you will be given daily tasks, activities, and homework which will be monitored by your lecturer. Each session for the online live class will be 5 hours long and the duration is depending on the course.
eLearning not only gives you the freedom to choose when and where to study it also enables you to save time and money to save time and money on travel and accommodation costs while also minimizing the impact on your job. By opting for a self-study method you no longer need to meet the standard schedule of in-house classes.

How long do you have to complete your eLearning training?
Depending on the course you sign up for, the duration of the courses can vary. However, as a general rule, once you have purchased an eLearning course, you can access it for 60 days from the day of registration. If within this period, you were unable to complete the training, you can contact our team to request for extension of access to the course for up to one month. The course will be removed from your learning plan after the expiry but your training records will still be accessible.
What are the system requirements for accessing the eLearning programme smoothly?
To fully access the distance learning material, you will need the following minimum system requirements:
- The latest version of your web browser of choice (if possible) will provide the best experience
- Recommended internet speed: at least 0.5 Mbps
- Display resolution: minimum 1024x768
- Ideal for use on desktops or tablets.
What should you do if you haven’t received the login details?
Your login details are usually emailed to you within 2-3 hours of signing up. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact Customer Services here.
What happens if your eLearning account is expired?
After 60 days, the course will be removed. However, all your training records will always be accessible.
