On 7th June, TWI India took a well-deserved break from the everyday work rhythm to come together for a day of camaraderie, connection, and celebration of teamwork. Set against the serene backdrop of Ocean Spray Resort near Pondicherry, the event was all about strengthening relationships and building a deeper sense of unity among colleagues.
The day kicked off with a refreshing change of scenery as staff made their way to the resort. Upon arrival, everyone had the chance to settle in and soak up the relaxing atmosphere before diving into the heart of the event — team building activities designed to bring out the best in everyone.
From energizing icebreakers to engaging group games, the afternoon was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and team spirit. The activities were thoughtfully curated to encourage collaboration, creative thinking, and communication, all while ensuring everyone had a great time. Staff sported their TWI T-shirts, symbolizing unity and shared purpose, and came together for a group photo to capture the spirit of the day.
A lively photo booth and casual evening interactions gave everyone the opportunity to connect in a more informal setting, while the shared meals offered time for meaningful conversations beyond the workplace.
The next morning began with a relaxing dip in the pool followed by breakfast, creating space for more informal bonding. A short closing ceremony wrapped up the experience with words of appreciation and encouragement from leadership, reflecting on the importance of collaboration and team spirit in our journey forward.
