2025 has been a dynamic and purpose-driven year for TWI India, marked by strengthened industry collaboration, expanded technical knowledge sharing, and a continued commitment to developing competent, future-ready professionals across the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Driving Knowledge Through Technical Webinars
Throughout the year, TWI India delivered a strong portfolio of technical webinars addressing key industry challenges and evolving standards. These included expert-led sessions on TOFD Depth Errors and Parallel Scan Solutions, Zonal Discrimination Techniques, and an in-depth webinar on the ASME BPVC 2025 Edition, helping professionals stay aligned with critical code updates and best practices.
Strengthening Partnerships & Global Standards Alignment
A major milestone in 2025 was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SDI Visakhapatnam, reinforcing TWI India’s commitment to academic and skills development partnerships.
TWI India also achieved an important global recognition through ASME Authorised Training Provider (ATP) signing, further strengthening its role in delivering internationally benchmarked training in India.
Industry Engagement & Technical Outreach
TWI India actively engaged with academia and industry through guest lectures and facility visits, including sessions at Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai, and industrial exposure visits to ICF. These interactions provided students and professionals with practical insights into real-world engineering applications.
On the national and international stage, TWI India participated in prominent technical conferences and forums such as ICENDE 2025 in Cochin, ASME IMECE 2025 in Hyderabad, and the CII Partnership Summit 2025, reinforcing its leadership in engineering integrity and innovation.
Delivering Impactful Training & Short Courses
Skill development remained at the core of TWI India’s activities in 2025. Multiple short courses were successfully delivered across industries, including:
• ASME Section IX training for Lloyd’s
• IBR courses for Reliance Industries Limited and Chambal
• Basics of Welding for Shop and QC Engineers at Vijay Tanks
• Foundation Course on ASME Section VIII Division 1 for BHEL Trichy
These programmes supported organisations in strengthening compliance, safety, and quality across critical operations.
Leadership Engagement & Organisational Growth
The COO’s visit to India further reinforced strategic alignment and engagement with stakeholders, highlighting TWI’s long-term commitment to the Indian market and its growing role in supporting national and industrial development.
Celebrating Culture, Inclusion & Community
Beyond technical excellence, TWI India continued to foster a strong internal culture. The year was marked by meaningful celebrations including Navaratri (22 September) and Diwali, as well as awareness initiatives such as Pinktober, reinforcing the organisation’s focus on wellbeing, inclusivity, and community engagement.
