TWI and Lloyd's Register Foundation (LRF), a leading UK based charity organisation, have launched SEASEP - India, an international training initiative to upskill people from South and East Asian Countries. The training mainly focus on imparting safety standards, and enhancing skilled workforce in the industries. SEASEP - India provides excellent opportunities for international level training to under privileged groups within the country. The programme was launched due to longstanding and successful relationship between TWI and LRF.
Who can apply?
Are you an Indian national interested in starting a career in the areas of Welding, Non-Destructive Testing and Health and Safety sectors? If so, financial support will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge for better employment. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
How can it help?
TWI training is internationally recognised by certification award bodies including CSWIP, IOSH etc.
All TWI training courses provide you with career progression paths so by adding extra levels of expertise through certification you can improve your job opportunities and prospects.
Support with course fee
SEASEP offers partial scholarships/bursaries towards the cost of training and examination. Any remaining course fees should be paid by you, your employer, government schemes (e.g. apprenticeships) or other national/international charities.
Am I eligible?
Both new and experienced candidates are eligible for the programme. Bursaries and subsidies are available for the right candidate matching the eligibility requirements.
