This qualification is suitable for personnel with specific technical knowledge, where the level of knowledge needs to be sufficient for the planning, executing, supervising and testing of tasks and responsibilities in welding fabrication, within a selective or limited technical field.
The IIW Diploma of International technologist (IWT) consists of 4 modules and in order to get certified as a technologist, candidates need to successfully complete all 4 modules within 3 years.
