TWI Middle East has successfully delivered its first training programme in Tanzania, marking an important milestone in expanding access to internationally recognised welding inspection training across the region.
The CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector course was conducted from 12–16 October 2026 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, organised with the support of TWI Middle East’s training representative, Dynaquest Energy Limited (Nigeria).
The five-day programme was delivered by Mr. Muhammad Islam, providing participants with comprehensive knowledge of welding inspection principles, relevant standards, welding processes and inspection requirements. The course is designed to support professionals in developing the technical knowledge and competence required for effective welding inspection across a range of industrial applications.
The successful delivery of this programme represents a significant step in TWI Middle East’s continued efforts to bring globally recognised training and certification opportunities closer to professionals in emerging and established industrial markets.
Through its collaboration with training representatives such as Dynaquest Energy Limited, TWI Middle East continues to strengthen its regional training network and support the development of competent professionals in the welding, inspection, engineering and energy sectors.
TWI Middle East looks forward to building on this milestone and expanding its training and certification opportunities in Tanzania and across Africa.
