Topic: South East Asia Skills Enhancement Programme (SEASEP)
When: Wednesday, 19 January 2023 3 - 4 PM Bangkok Local Time
Take part in an international vocational training initiative spearheaded by TWI and Lloyd's Register Foundation (LRF), one of the world's foremost charities dedicated to the safety of people and property. TWI and LRF have helped to improve workplace safety standards in south and east Asia and the phase two of the programme will bring the SEASEP initiative to Thailand.
It is a wonderful opportunity to develop a global program that addresses in-country skills shortages and reduces occupational fatalities by providing engineering-related education and skills to disadvantaged and underrepresented groups worldwide.
Training in disciplines such as inspection and safety-related courses, in accordance with international standards, will enable buildings, bridges, pressure vessels, pipelines, etc. to be built and operated more safely throughout their service life. The training courses are suitable for individuals seeking to gain employment through upskilling or furthering their career in their current employment. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
