TWI Thailand, represented by Mr. Satanphop Amsupan, proudly participated in the workshop seminar titled “Analysis, Review, and Formulation of Guidelines for Upgrading National Labour Skill Standards (Batch 1)”, organized by the Department of Skill Development (DSD). The event took place on 9–10 June 2026 at the Pinehurst Golf Club, Pathum Thani, bringing together key stakeholders dedicated to enhancing workforce competency across Thailand.
As an organization committed to developing industry-relevant skills and supporting workforce excellence, TWI Thailand contributed its expertise and insights during the seminar’s collaborative discussions. The event gathered more than 120 technical experts and representatives from leading organizations, including the Department of Skill Development (DSD) and Thai Nippon Steel (TNS), to review existing standards and explore strategies for future improvements.
The workshop served as an important platform for exchanging knowledge, sharing industry perspectives, and identifying opportunities to strengthen national labour skill standards in line with evolving industrial requirements. Through active participation, TWI Thailand reinforced its commitment to supporting initiatives that enhance workforce capability and promote lifelong learning.
This collaborative effort reflects a shared vision among government agencies, industry leaders, and training organisations to build a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting international standards and competing effectively in the global marketplace.
