In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, TWI Thailand hosted an internal health awareness session designed to empower employees with practical knowledge about breast cancer, early detection and personal risk assessment.
The session brought team members together in a supportive environment to learn about important early detection techniques, complete comprehensive breast cancer risk assessment surveys provided by a leading hospital, and engage in open discussions around health awareness and personal well-being.
A key focus of the session was the importance of understanding how to perform breast self-examinations and making time for regular health assessments. By becoming more aware of potential changes and understanding individual risk factors, individuals can take proactive steps towards their health and seek professional medical advice when needed.
