TWI SEA proudly participated in the MARA TVET EXPO 2026 as an official exhibitor representing MARA’s strategic industry partners, reinforcing its commitment to advancing technical education and workforce development across Malaysia and the wider region.
Held from 1 - 5 May 2026 at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur, the event was organised in conjunction with MARA’s 60th anniversary celebration and served as a major platform to highlight the achievements and future direction of Malaysia’s TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) ecosystem.
The expo brought together education providers, industry leaders, technology partners, and students to showcase the growing impact of industry-driven technical education. Throughout the event, TWI Malaysia demonstrated the application of advanced technologies within the engineering and industrial sectors, highlighting how innovation continues to shape the future of skills development and workforce readiness.
TWI Malaysia’s participation also reinforced the strong collaboration between MARA and TWI Technology SEA as strategic partners within the TVET education ecosystem. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening industry-relevant training, enhancing technical competencies, and preparing future talent to meet evolving industrial demands.
This year’s event recorded a highly commendable achievement, with the combined MARA Edutech Expo and IPMA Education Carnival successfully attracting approximately 80,000 visitors, surpassing MARA’s initial target. The strong turnout reflected growing public interest in technical education, emerging technologies, and industry-linked career pathways.
Through its participation at MARA TVET EXPO 2026, TWI Malaysia continues to support the development of a highly skilled workforce by bridging industry expertise with education and training initiatives across the region.
