TWI Malaysia recently hosted its Q2 2026 Town Hall, bringing employees together to reflect on the first half of the year, celebrate key milestones, and align on priorities for the months ahead. The session reinforced the organisation’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and shared success while providing an opportunity for colleagues to connect and celebrate as one team.
The Town Hall began with a review of TWI Malaysia’s business performance and achievements across the first two quarters of 2026. Team members were updated on key initiatives, progress against strategic objectives, and the collective efforts that have contributed to the organisation’s continued growth and success. The session also highlighted priorities for the second half of the year, ensuring everyone remains aligned with the company’s goals and direction.
A key highlight of the event was the warm welcome extended to Aaron Williams, who recently joined TWI as Group Regional Manager for Southeast Asia. His appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the region, bringing decades of international leadership experience to support TWI’s continued growth across Southeast Asia. Colleagues had the opportunity to meet Aaron and look ahead to the opportunities and direction under his leadership.
The Town Hall also celebrated the organisation’s Q3 birthday celebrants, recognising colleagues in a spirit of appreciation, celebration, and togetherness. These moments reflect TWI Malaysia’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and people-focused workplace where achievements and personal milestones are valued.
The event also provided an opportunity to introduce the latest members of the TWI Malaysia team:
- Muhammad Syafiq Hakim – Administrator cum Invigilator
- Haziq Azham – Administrator cum Invigilator
- Muhammad Arfan – Facilities Technician
- Fathiah Suhaini – Senior Accounts Executive
Their addition further strengthens the team’s capabilities as TWI Malaysia continues to expand its services and support customers across the region.
As TWI Malaysia enters the second half of 2026, the Q2 Town Hall served as an important platform to celebrate achievements, recognise the people behind the organisation’s success, and reaffirm a shared commitment to delivering excellence. With strong teamwork, clear priorities, and new leadership, the team looks forward to building on its momentum and achieving even greater success in the months ahead.
