TWI is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Williams as Group Regional Manager for Southeast Asia, based in Malaysia.
Aaron Williams joins TWI with more than 30 years of international leadership experience, bringing a wealth of expertise gained across Southeast Asia, Australia, North America, and the Middle East. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior management positions across a diverse range of industries, including advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, mining, corrosion control, vocational training, and the energy sector.
His extensive experience in leading organisations through growth and transformation aligns strongly with TWI’s commitment to delivering world-class engineering, training, inspection, and certification services across the region.
Beyond his executive leadership roles, Aaron has been actively involved in industry leadership initiatives and is passionate about developing workforce capability, promoting technical excellence, and fostering stronger collaboration between industry stakeholders. His focus on building skilled workforces and supporting industry development reflects TWI’s mission of advancing engineering knowledge and enhancing industrial performance worldwide.
Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, combining strong commercial acumen with extensive operational leadership experience.
As Group Regional Manager, Aaron will lead TWI’s operations across Southeast Asia, supporting the organisation’s strategic growth while strengthening relationships with industry partners, customers, and stakeholders. His leadership will play a key role in expanding TWI’s regional presence and ensuring continued delivery of high-quality technical services, training, and certification that support the evolving needs of industry.
