TWI Thailand marked an important milestone for the country’s technical education and training sector with the official ribbon-cutting ceremony of the National Technical Talent Acceleration Programme (NTTAP). The event was hosted in collaboration with Thai-Austrian Technical College, the programme’s first strategic pilot partner, signalling the beginning of a new initiative aimed at strengthening Thailand’s technical workforce.
The inaugural session of NTTAP is powered by SEASEP and supported by TWI and FRL, providing scholarships to a pioneer batch of students undertaking CSWIP Penetrant Testing (PT) Level 2 training. The programme is designed to equip participants with practical skills in non-destructive testing (NDT) while reinforcing essential workplace safety standards required by modern industry.
The opening ceremony and scholarship presentation were presided over by Mr. Satanphop Amsupan, Interim Regional Manager of TWI SEA and TWI Thailand, together with Dr. Orathai Yothinrungruang Sudsanguan, Director of Thai-Austrian Technical College. The event highlighted the importance of collaboration between industry and educational institutions in developing skilled technical professionals who are ready to meet global industry demands.
Through initiatives such as NTTAP, TWI Thailand aims to support the development of highly skilled technical talent by providing access to internationally recognised training and certification. The programme represents a significant step towards enhancing the capabilities of Thailand’s future workforce in specialised areas such as non-destructive testing and inspection.
As the first pilot partner, Thai-Austrian Technical College plays a key role in establishing a strong foundation for the programme. The success of this inaugural session is expected to pave the way for expansion to additional technical institutions across Thailand, further strengthening the country’s technical training ecosystem.
The National Technical Talent Acceleration Programme reflects a shared commitment between industry and academia to accelerate the growth of Thai technical talent and prepare the next generation of professionals for opportunities in the global engineering and manufacturing sectors.

TWI Thailand เปิดบ้านจัดพิธีเปิดโครงการ 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 (𝗡𝗧𝗧𝗔𝗣) อย่างเป็นทางการ ร่วมกับวิทยาลัยเทคนิคสัตหีบในฐานะสถาบันพันธมิตรนำร่องแห่งแรก
การจัดการอบรมครั้งนี้ ได้รับความร่วมมือจากโครงการ SEASEP (สนับสนุนโดย TWI & LRF) ในการมอบทุนการศึกษาให้กับนักเรียนรุ่นแรกเพื่อเข้าฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร CSWIP Penetrant Testing Level 2 ที่มุ่งเน้นการยกระดับทักษะการตรวจสอบงานเชื่อมแบบไม่ทำลาย และความปลอดภัยในการทำงานเป็นสำคัญ
โดยทางเราได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์สท้านภพ อ่ำสุพรรณ รักษาการผู้จัดการ TWI ประจำภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ และ ดร.อรทัย โยธินรุ่งเรือง สุดสงวน ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยเทคนิคสัตหีบ ร่วมเป็นประธานเปิดโครงการและส่งมอบโอกาสทางการศึกษาในวันนี้
