Our plastic welding training program has been enhanced and expanded by TWI, which has resulted in the growth of our laboratory facilities at TWI Middlesbrough and TWI's Training Center in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
Our plastic welding courses, conducted using cutting-edge equipment at our Middlesbrough and Malaysia facilities, can now also be conducted at your premises. Additionally, we're launching 'train-the-trainer' programs to enable the global rollout of courses, enriching our non-metallic prospects portfolio.
Backed by trainers with extensive industry experience, our courses cover hot gas and extrusion welding for sheet fabrication, welding of membranes for various applications, and plastic pipe welding.
Notably, TWI is the sole provider of plastics weld inspection training and certification globally.
The training on offer includes:
- Hot gas and extrusion welding for sheet fabrication (chemical storage, fume cupboards, etc)
- Welding of membranes (attenuation tanks, landfill sites, ponds, lagoons, anaerobic digesters, etc)
- Welding of plastic pipes (widely used for water, gas, chemical transportation, and more)
Courses are customizable to suit your company's needs and can lead to CSWIP certification in compliance with BS EN 13067. Our support extends beyond course completion, ensuring comprehensive assistance throughout.
