Since 2020, TWI Technology S.E.Asia has been approved as an Approved Training Provider (ATP) by the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) to deliver MBOT-certified training programmes for the collection of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours in accordance with Section 5(c) of the Technologists and Technicians Act 2015 (Act 768).
MBOT promotes lifelong learning through the implementation of Continuous Personal Development activities (CPD). CPD is essential to renew the certificate of registration for Professional Technologists and Certified Technicians recognized by MBOT. CPD is measured by hours and the number might vary for each Technology Field and can be obtained through Training and Projects which are certified by MBOT.
