Welding Inspection Key Leader & Senior Lecturer.

With extensive experience in the petrochemical and pipeline industries, Mohd Junaidi bin Minhat is a key lecturer in TWI South East Asia’s welding inspection team.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from UITM, he built his career in NDT, structural quality control, and piping inspection, working with major industry players like Petronas and PFCE. In 2011, he joined TWI, bringing real-world insights into CSWIP Welding Inspector training.

After gaining further industry experience, Junaidi returned to TWI in 2019, playing a key role in transitioning to online training. Passionate about teaching and mentoring, he continues to shape future professionals with his practical expertise and interactive training methods.
