The official agreement was signed on 4 May 2026, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration to expand access to internationally recognised technical training and certification programmes in Kazakhstan.

Located in Atyrau, one of Kazakhstan’s key industrial and energy hubs, Technical Solutions Kazakhstan LLP will support the promotion and delivery of TWI Middle East training programmes across sectors, including oil & gas, energy, fabrication, inspection, welding, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
