TWI Middle East successfully delivered its first CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector training course in Ivory Coast, marking another significant milestone in expanding internationally recognised welding inspection training across the African region.
Held from 15 to 19 June 2026, the five-day programme was led by experienced TWI Lecturer Adnan Rana and delivered entirely in the French language, ensuring participants could engage fully with the course content in their native language and gain maximum value from the learning experience.
The CSWIP 3.1 programme equips welding professionals with the essential knowledge and practical understanding required to carry out welding inspection activities in accordance with internationally recognised standards. Throughout the training, delegates enhanced their expertise in welding processes, inspection techniques, quality control, welding defects, and industry best practices—skills that are highly valued across sectors such as oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
