TWI Middle East proudly announces the successful launch of the highly anticipated CSWIP Welding Inspector training programme in Portuguese language, held from 15–19 September 2025 in Soyo, Angola.
This milestone programme was delivered by Adnan Rana, TWI Regional Group Manager for Middle East, Central Asia/Caspian Sea, and Africa, marking the first time the internationally recognised CSWIP Welding Inspector course has been conducted in Portuguese. The initiative reflects TWI’s commitment to providing accessible, high-quality training to professionals in their local language, thereby empowering industries and individuals alike.
Participants shared overwhelmingly positive feedback about the training, praising both the delivery and the opportunity to strengthen their technical expertise. Many expressed keen interest in enrolling for future TWI training programmes in Angola.
The theoretical classes are really going very well, the examiner has been very transparent and objective. For me, this has been a fantastic experience and I am very happy to be part of this magnificent team.

The training was facilitated by TWI Middle East’s authorised training representative in Angola, IFSA – Industrial Safety LDA, based in Soyo, Zaire Province. The collaboration with IFSA ensured seamless organisation and delivery of this pilot session.
