As part of its ongoing commitment to fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace, TWI Middle East (MECA region) recently hosted a powerful virtual session titled “Understanding and Addressing Unconscious Bias” on Thursday, 31st July 2025. This initiative aligns with TWI’s broader vision to embed Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) at the core of its organisational culture. The 90-minute session brought together colleagues from across the region and beyond to reflect on how unconscious bias shapes decision-making, workplace interactions, and organisational outcomes. The event was not only an educational opportunity but also a moment to reaffirm TWI’s collective responsibility in creating an environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.
