2025 marked another significant chapter for TWI Middle East, defined by continued growth, expanded international reach, and a strong commitment to inclusion, capability building, and industry engagement. Throughout the year, TWI Middle East strengthened its presence across regions, supported skills development in new markets, and actively participated in initiatives that reflect TWI’s core values.
Strengthening Industry Engagement at ADIPEC 2025
One of the year’s major highlights was TWI Middle East’s participation at ADIPEC 2025, one of the world’s leading energy and technology exhibitions. The event provided a valuable platform to engage with industry professionals, discuss emerging technical challenges, and showcase TWI’s expertise enabling greater technical excellence, innovation, and engineering impact across the region. Participation at ADIPEC reinforced TWI role as a trusted technical partner within the energy and engineering sectors.
Expanding Global Reach Through Multilingual Training
In 2025, TWI Middle East successfully launched training programmes in Portuguese in Angola, marking a major milestone in expanding access to internationally recognised qualifications. This initiative enabled local professionals to gain globally respected certifications in their native language, supporting workforce development and strengthening technical capability within the region. The launch reflected TWI’s ongoing commitment to inclusive, accessible, and high-quality training delivery worldwide.
Promoting Inclusion Through Education and Awareness
In line with TWI’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) values, TWI Middle East hosted an EDI session focused on Unconscious Bias. The session encouraged open dialogue, awareness, and reflection, supporting the creation of more inclusive and respectful workplaces. This initiative highlighted the importance of embedding inclusive practices alongside technical excellence.
Expanding Regional Presence and Partnerships
Further strengthening its regional footprint, TWI Middle East appointed CTS as its official training representative in Azerbaijan and IFSA as official training representative in Angola. These strategic appointments will enhance local access to TWI training and certification programmes, supporting industry needs while maintaining TWI’s global standards. The partnership represents a key step in expanding TWI’s reach across the wider region.
Celebrating Women in Engineering and Industry
TWI Middle East proudly joined the global community in celebrating International Women’s Day 2025. The occasion highlighted the achievements, contributions, and leadership of women across engineering, technology, and industrial sectors, reinforcing TWI’s commitment to supporting diversity and equal opportunity within the workforce.
Supporting Community and Social Impact Initiatives
TWI Middle East continued to support meaningful community initiatives. In 2025, the team proudly supported the Abu Dhabi Cancer Run, standing alongside the community to raise awareness and promote collective action for an important cause. This participation reflected TWI’s belief in contributing positively to society beyond its core technical mission.
Looking Ahead
As TWI Middle East reflects on 2025, the year stands as a testament to collaboration, innovation, and shared purpose. From international training expansion and regional partnerships to inclusion-focused initiatives and industry engagement, the achievements of the year reinforce TWI’s ongoing mission to support people, industries, and communities.
With strong foundations in place, TWI Middle East looks ahead to 2026 with confidence, continuing to deliver technical excellence across the region and beyond.
