This webinar is planned for plant engineer, non-destructive testing engineer, materials and corrosion engineer, plant inspector or who is responsible for managing the integrity of equipment, pipelines, boilers and storage tanks during fabrication and services.

The webinar will provide an introduction to Fitness for Service (FFS) application, especially in oil and gas sector for safe operation and life extension equipment and units during fabrication-installation and service life. 

The references will be selected based on API 579 and BS 7910, brief summary of chapters and application of standards, such as crack like flaws and metal loss and etc.

Hamidreza Saadat, Lecturer, Technical Manager in TWI Caspian Sea

Hamidreza is the lecturer with 22 years experience in the pipeline inspection and assessment projects, preparation of repair procedure, damage mechanism review, assessments and preparing the inspection plan, implementation of Risk-based inspection projects, fitness-for-service assessment, and failure analysis for oil and gas refineries. (pipeline/piping/pressure vessels/wellhead facilities and storage tanks).
He is the lecturer of CSWIP Welding Inspection and subjects related to Plant Inspection courses. ( API 510, API 570, API 653, API 579, API 571,...)
