This is what an MBA Apprenticeship is...
So MBA stands for 'Master of Business Administration' and is an important postgraduate degree for senior management career aspirations. Programmes like the Executive MBA Apprenticeship at NSIRC provide an overview of strategic business disciplines and the qualification is highly sort after by companies across industry.
An Apprentice being somebody studying a trade from a skilled organisation, and working for an agreed period, means that this senior leader apprenticeship has the feeds covered by the Apprenticeship Levy funding, provided by the UK government and the employer.
Completing an apprenticeship at an advanced level, meeting an academic ambition while remaining within you current job, and without sacrificing any career ambition gives graduates of MBA the knowledge, skills and behaviours to enhance their senior leader position and drive their company forward to a better year end.
What qualification do you get after apprenticeship?
Upon successfully completing this degree level apprenticeship, apprentices of the NSIRC Executive MBA Apprenticeship will receive a Senior Leaders Degree Apprenticeship, as well as:
- Executive MBA, awarded by De Montfort University
- Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management
What is a Level 7 apprenticeship?
The answer is that Level 7 simply relates to being the value of a master's degree. Examples of other Level 7 senior leader qualifications include integrated master's degrees and a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education).
