A one-day advanced materials conference taking place in Leicester next week will feature a presentation from TWI materials scientist Dr Chris Worrall.
The ‘Future directions for lightweight materials and structures’ conference will take place at the National Space Centre on Thursday 30 June. Organised by the East Midlands Materials Society, a local society affiliated with the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, the event will also feature speakers from organisations including Rolls-Royce, Jaguar Land Rover and Cranfield University.
