TWI is proud to have been invited to speak at Industrial Maintenance Expo (IMXPO) 2015, taking place in Pune, India next week.
Non-destructive examination (NDE) specialist Harendra Kumar, a senior project leader based at TWI's Chennai office, has been invited to talk at the conference and exhibition organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), which will run from 18 to 20 December.
This will be the fifth IMXPO the CII has organised, and gives engineers, suppliers, shop floor managers and other interested parties an opportunity to find out about the latest developments in the world of maintenance. Exhibits will cover areas including vibration analysis, corrosion management, remote monitoring, autonomous maintenance and tribology.
Mr Kumar will speak at the conference on the topic of 'Advances in NDE technologies and an approach towards effective implementation', focusing on the benefits of latest inspection technologies, such as ultrasonic testing, and how they can best be harnessed by industry.
TWI is proud to have been invited to support IMXPO and to be working with the CII, which celebrates its 120th anniversary in 2015.
