The names of Professional Members of The Welding Institute who have achieved Engineering Council accreditation in the last three months have been published in today's edition of The Daily Telegraph.
The new registrants from The Welding Institute comprise 56 Engineering Technicians (EngTech), 12 Incorporated Engineers (IEng) and eight Chartered Engineers (CEng).
Membership of the Engineering Council signifies competence and commitment to the engineering profession, and can only be achieved via membership of a professional engineering institution such as The Welding Institute.
Each of the 74 members whose names appear on today's list will have been assessed by experienced colleagues against stringent criteria. Having achieved registration, they can now use the above post-nominal letters after their names.
The full list of new registrants can be viewed on the Engineering Council website. The next new list of registrants will be published on 3 December.
