As a Member-focused organisation, we recognise the importance of regular communication with our Industrial Member companies so that we can review and evaluate our products and services and the way we carry out our business. To this end we have developed a survey for our Industrial Members. The 2013 Membership Survey builds on our 2007 review and on-going client satisfaction assessments, and will help us improve the way we work with our Members, identifying areas of best practice as well as areas to develop. Your help with this continuous improvement activity is invaluable and will involve taking 10 to 15 minutes to complete the online form, considering aspects of your personal experience and perceptions of working with TWI.
