Welding Processes Technical Group Meeting: Joining in the Automotive Industry
With a number of presentations from experts from industry, academia and TWI, this seminar will review recent and ongoing developments in joining technologies relevant, not just to the automotive industry, but also aerospace and rail vehicles. Topics covered will include the joining of dissimilar materials, aluminium welding and a review of the latest specification dealing with the joining of plastics in the automotive industry.

The seminar will be of interest to those interested or involved in the implementation of new technologies, in particular engineering personnel from OEM’s and supply chain manufacturers, as well as designers, and materials, welding and project engineers.
